Perfect Porridge


Perfect Porridge




Servings: 1



Ingredients
1 medium banana
60 grams of porridge oats
1 tablesppon of honey
1 teaspoon of cinnomen
1/2 pint of skimmed milk


Recipe
1. Pour the porridge oats and milk into a small saucepan and heat on a medium heat,
constantly stir making sure that it doesn’t stick to the pan or boil over. This should only
take five minutes.
2. Thinly slice the banana and scoop into a bowl
3. Pour the porridge on top and stir in well, spoon in the honey and dust with the
cinnomen and stir in again.
